To make this cheesecake we mixed freshly squeezed orange juice from The Stand in with the batter and baked fresh orange zest in with the crust. That wasn't enough for us here at 2 Lakes Cheesecakes, so we use a homemade orange curd for the topping. That makes every bite taste perfect.
